Samantha Sanchez

Samantha began to practice Yoga as a young adult.  In that era, she was wanting a good workout that made her sweat so the 26/2 Series certainly delivered.  As she continued to explore Yoga, she visited many studios, teachers and places. Over time, she realized that she was seeking an expression of her physicality; marrying focus along with “something else”. 


Yoga became a vital tool throughout life; a practice that allowed her to make peace with her body and mind. As tradition goes, she enrolled in her first YTT upon the encouragement of her teachers in 2014 at Expand Yoga in Tacoma.  Since that time, she has completed YTT in Hatha, Power, and Restorative Yoga.  


Samantha believes that with the practice of Yoga, there is an avenue through which an individual may create a journey towards functional health and happiness.
